What Our Clients Are Saying
The gentleman who did my walk- in shower was A excellent worker. I had A friend try to reglaze my shower and didn’t do the job right. After calling this company and have them redo my shower was the best thing I could have done. The end results was amazing.
This company was a delight from the very beginning when a pleasant voice answered my phone call. Every question was addressed, and it was easy to set up my appointment time. I received a text informing me of arrival time and Ernesto was prompt, polite and professional. Thank you for providing such a great service!
I would like to thank you, for the great service your whole team provided, along with the great workmanship, that Hermes performed on the master bathroom shower pan. The shower pans looks like brand new, and the professional caulking by Hermes was done by a Great Craftsman!!
Thanks for the great job! I stopped by late on the first day of the job and Steve was there working hard. His work is awesome! Everything looked great, he had everything taped off, and the attention to detail that he had is something I have a hard time finding in any company these days… I didn’t know that those tubs could actually look that good, but now I know! Great work and professionalism all around.
The technicians sent to our house we’re exceptional. They were courteous, punctual and thoughtful. They kept us informed as the project progressed and did a great job cleaning up their workspace.
Our shower pan was expertly refinished on Monday, April 19. The technician was professional and skilled.
We could not be happier with the outcome. The pan is like new and has been successfully test-driven! The
It has been one year since we had our 1950’s kitchen sink reglazed by Specialized Refinishing in Charlotte. When it was first reglazed there were some places in the sink that we weren’t satisfied with. SPC came back and corrected the issues to our satisfaction. I would like to report that after a year the sink still looks great.
This company was pleasant from the very beginning when i submitted my inquiry online. They were fast with following up and answered any questions that I had.
I had my bathtub done last week It looks absolutely fabulous. The technician did a wonderful job. The only thing he was unable to do was remove one of the faucets. But he taped it up really well. I was able to remove the faucet myself by applying a little bit of white vinegar on the screw, and it easily came out, good trick to know.
